I have been looking for an exercise class that would suit me, having stiff back and dodgy knees and tried the Pioga class. It was perfect ! A good workout with a chair for support and you can feel yourself stretching out a little more each week. Charlie is lovely and I would really recommend trying it !!

The Body Smart course is a fantastic way to get fit, a great variety of exercises in a non-threatening, non-competitive environment. Charlie is an excellent instructor with a vast knowledge of how to be fit and healthy. I really look forward to the classes, they're great fun, and get results too.

Before starting body smart I was a bit sceptical about how much it could help me to reach my fitness goals. After completing my first 6 week course the results were pretty astounding. My body fat percentage has dropped significantly and my ongoing back pain has now completely gone. I have continued with body smart and have made more progress in the last few months than I have made in a decade of being a member at a normal gym. Charlie's knowledge of sports nutrition and exercise is extensive. She is very supportive and her sessions are always fun. Thanks Charlie!

Just incredible. Truly personalised approach. Charley really knows her stuff. I started with 1 to 1 sessions and have now started a small group exercise session twice a week. It’s fun and ideal if you want something different to the whole gym experience. Give it a try - you won’t be disappointed

Charlie makes exercising interesting and most importantly enjoyable! I am not keen on the gym and this was a great way to get fit and keep fit. I had one to one sessions and will now be joining a group session. Keeping me inspired! A good location too.
