I have been looking for an exercise class that would suit me, having stiff back and dodgy knees and tried the Pioga class. It was perfect ! A good workout with a chair for support and you can feel yourself stretching out a little more each week. Charlie is lovely and I would really recommend trying it !!
Have been attending Body Smart class for a while now and love the energy of the classes. The variety of classes and non judgmental atmosphere is fantastic creating a really friendly approach to small group exercise! She is motivational, inspiring and makes the sessions fun. Before starting body smart I was a bit sceptical about how much it could help me to reach my fitness goals. After completing my first 6 week course the results were pretty astounding. My body fat percentage has dropped significantly and my ongoing back pain has now completely gone. I have continued with body smart and have made more progress in the last few months than I have made in a decade of being a member at a normal gym. Charlie's knowledge of sports nutrition and exercise is extensive. She is very supportive and her sessions are always fun. Thanks Charlie!
The Body Smart course is a fantastic way to get fit, a great variety of exercises in a non-threatening, non-competitive environment. Charlie is an excellent instructor with a vast knowledge of how to be fit and healthy. I really look forward to the classes, they're great fun, and get results too.
