By joining iOme Fitness I have been inspired by Charlie to alter my lifestyle in respect of fitness and nutrition which has produced me very good results and I feel physically and mentally happy and am excited in going forward for as long as I choose to do so. I am fitter now than I have been for years and years, some 6 months ago I probably had resigned myself to the fact that my aches and pains were going to be with me forever but now they have gone, my mobility is first class now and I feel younger and am loving my active lifestyle. I have participated in this journey with a dear friend and we have loved Charlie's amazing variety of workouts and her knowledge in what we should be doing to achieve the success we have achieved and what we want to achieve in the future as we are not finished yet !!! Charlie makes exercising interesting and most importantly enjoyable! I am not keen on the gym and this was a great way to get fit and keep fit. I had one to one sessions and will now be joining a group session. Keeping me inspired! A good location too.

The Body Smart course is a fantastic way to get fit, a great variety of exercises in a non-threatening, non-competitive environment. Charlie is an excellent instructor with a vast knowledge of how to be fit and healthy. I really look forward to the classes, they're great fun, and get results too.

Have been attending Body Smart class for a while now and love the energy of the classes. The variety of classes and non judgmental atmosphere is fantastic creating a really friendly approach to small group exercise! Highly recommend with all the additional help and support I am definitely moving in the right direction of achieving my goals!

I would highly recommend Charlie at iOme Fitness as a personal trainer. She tailors the training sessions to your ability and goals. Each training session is unique and targets key areas of the body. She is motivational, inspiring and makes the sessions fun. She also offers extensive nutritional advice and ensures you remember that your daily nutrition is as important as the exercise you are taking. Brilliant sessions Charlie, thank you.
