About Me

Hi I’m Charlie and I love making exercise fun and effective! I have a love of nature and all things home grown and I'm here to teach you how to make the most out of your body in order to reach your ultimate health and fitness goals. I'll teach you how to nourish your body in order to feel well and if you have an inch loss goal or would like to change your physique I'll show you a life long alternative to fad dieting.

When I'm not at the indoor garden studio you'll find me gardening and growing my own veg and medicinal herbs. I don't provide generic nutrition plans or gym programs. You are unique and that means your exercise and nutrition prescription should be unique too! Every exercise I give you is well thought out and planned for the level you're at and the goal you're trying to get to. It doesn't matter if you're 18 or 85, I can absolutely help your body reach its full potential.

When you train with me you'll progress week by week .You’ll notice yourself becoming physically and mentally stronger; leaner; fitter and more energised. I’ll always keep challenging you to work that bit harder, for that little bit longer but at the same time everything I ask you to do will always be safe, within your capabilities and effective .

Ultimately I’m here to support you in working to the best of your ability; encouraging you and taking you out of your comfort zone. (A combination that will be sure to deliver outstanding results!) Not only that, I want you to come away from my Personal Training and Body SMART sessions with a smile on your face and empowered to take what you’ve learnt and put it into practice out of sessions too.

  • What's Your Favourite Thing About Being A Fitness Professional?

    My favourite aspect of Personal Training is exercise rehab. I enjoy helping people recover from injury. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing someone go from strength to strength achieving things that previously they never imagined they could.

    Which areas do you cover?

    I'm based at the iOme indoor garden gym in South Petherton which is not far to travel to from the near by Crewkerne, Yeovil, Ilminster and Martock. I also provide home and work place visits throughout the South West (providing that there's a suitable space to train).
    In the spring and summer I always enjoy outdoor personal training sessions especially when I'm training clients to take part in events such as Tough Mudder or Rough Runner. (We have the most beautiful countryside in South Somerset so wherever possible I try and make use of it.)
