What's Your Favourite Thing About Being A Fitness Professional?
My favourite aspect of Personal Training is helping people recover from injury. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing someone go from strength to strength achieving things that they never imagined they could.
Which areas do you cover?
I'm based at the iOme indoor garden gym in South Petherton which is not far to travel to from the near by Crewkerne, Yeovil, Ilminster and Martock. I also provide home and work place visits (providing that there's a suitable space to train you ).
In the spring and summer I always enjoy outdoor personal training sessions especially when I'm training clients to take part in events such as Tough Mudder or Rough Runner. (We have the most beautiful countryside in South Somerset so wherever possible I try and make use of it.)
