2. How to develop a training program that gets you to your goal.
3. Correct posture, exercise form and technique.
4. An introduction to sports nutrition and supplements.
5. Creating your nutrition plan.
6. Your personalised library of equipment and exercises.
7. Personalised Stretch and myofacial release plan.
The Ultimate Personal Training Toolkit course is suitable for all ages and abilities but you will need self motivation in order to achieve your goal post course.
If you have the motivation then we will provide the rest. You will leave your course feeling more confident than ever in achieving your fitness goals along with a brand new toolkit and knowledge to achieve permanent weight loss, fitness level increase or any other fitness goal you set your mind to.
