My love of exercise began during my school days, where I spent most of my spare time rowing for my school boat club. The coaches pushed us to achieve a standard of fitness that I only now appreciate but at the time felt normal! Since then, I have continued with various forms of exercise, from regular bootcamps, trail runs and a sprint triathlon - whatever fits in around my children these days- however, my specialism is strength training and introducing other women to its enormous benefits.
My sessions are high energy, always great fun and help you to reach your fitness goals. I like to throw in a few games too to get your brains working!
