Train for tough Mudder this summer with iOme fitness. This is the perfect opportunity for you achieve something you thought you never could; and all while having fun, meeting new people and becoming fitter and stronger.
On Saturday the 17th August we will be heading to Gloucestershire to take part in the tough Mudder 5k 13 obstacle race. Your first thought might be ‘No way can I run 5 km’ but fear not, you don’t need to run if you don’t want to! You might be completely new to fitness or you might have been going to the gym for a while now but have lost your focus. Whatever your background ,you can and will get though Tough Mudder with a smile on your face.
So How Are You Going To Do It?There will be three small groups: A power walking group, A jogging group and A fast paced group. We will all arrive at the obstacles with our groups and ensure that everyone makes it across. If there are obstacles that you don’t fancy taking part in you can easily opt for a ‘suprise’ alternative for that particular station.
We’ll train every Saturday morning from 9 am till 10 am starting in May. Sessions will cost £7 and are open to everyone. You don’t need to commit to every single session but the more you’re able to attend the better prepared you’ll be for the event.
All training sessions will be outdoors and in multiple locations within 10 miles of iOme Fitness. This means that whether you live in Crewkerne, Ilminster, Yeovil, Taunton or even if you’re over the border in Dorset you can come along and join in the fun. We might end up at the beach or we might even end up in the woods but where ever we exercise you’ll be guaranteed to have fun and get fitter!
